SAJIDA Foundation invites application for the position of Training and Development

officer under WASH for RMG Workers Project. This position will be contractual.Job

factories)

Job Responsibilities

Screening at the community level among beneficiaries to ensure that the WASH

component of the project activity Is delivered with maximum efficiency and

professionalism that would bning a positive change to the ives of the beneficiaries.

organize and facilitate training for different beneficiaries in field level of WASH context

সাজেদা ফাউন্ডেশন নিয়োগ :

ASSIst to develop and implement training program including training schedule and

module.

Produce and maintain records of the benenicianes as member or the team, work

collaboratively with colleagues to ensure community mobilization and referral.

Sensitizin

sitizing and mobilizing the community about the project and participate in the project

activity.

Contribute to the process of implementing quality programs and accountability is

Reporting to project manager on on-going intervention as per exact requirement.

Meet up the requirement of donor and other stakeholder’s Visit

Educational Requirements

Masters degree in any disCipine

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at most 40 years
